32-year-old Dallas gang member Markeith McWright, who was recently added to the list of the top 10 most wanted fugitives in the state of Texas, was arrested on November 18th by Dallas police. McWright faces several different charges, including two counts of assault family violence and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
Dallas police were able to make the arrest after they received a tip about McWright’s location. There was an outstanding reward of $7,000 for any information about McWright that could lead to his arrest. McWright is currently being held in Dallas County jail with bail set at $300,000. He is also currently being held on charges of parole violation.
